No AI, NFT or any cryptocurrency. All that I make is from my own resources and of my own human skill.

The artwork I make and the pricing is for individuals’ personal use only.

For publishing work and commercial use (like storybook, games, covers, merchandise etc), pricing is a bit different and royalty rates apply. I am open to discuss! (see point # 16 and # 17)

Please tell me the details for the drawing, such as pose/interaction because I may not know what you're looking for unless you tell me.

On average, I will take any time around a week to a month, or longer, to complete the artwork but I will keep you informed.

I have a right to decline your request if I feel I cannot do it, but we can always negotiate something else.

I will only start after payment is made.

If the commission request is not yet confirmed by the client (whether you want to continue or cancel the commission) and no response is received after 14 days, the commission will be cancelled.

If the commission is confirmed but payment is pending, I can put it on hold for a maximum of 14 days. If payment cannot be made within 14 days, the commission will be cancelled. This is to make way for other people who are ready to commission.

I may not be able to respond immediately due to different time zones.

You are allowed to share the commissioned work but you must credit me as the artist, at least by mentioning “Art by Peachy Protist”.

Please do not remove or crop my signature/watermark and/or claim the work as your own.

I may post finished commissions on any of my social media and mention you as the commissioner or owner of character. If for any reason you don't want me to or want to remain anonymous in the commission, you can tell me, as long as it is before I have posted the drawing.

I accept references which are found on the internet to describe parts of the character to mix and match (example: hairstyle from image of models) but not a whole copy-paste of someone else's design.

Detailed design, weapon or other equipment will have additional cost which is charged separately.

For commercial use (anything that the client will gain money from), I retain the authorship and permit usage and distribution as long as credit is given (Design by peachyprotist, for example). Pricing depends on usage (covers are priced differently, and for merchandise like prints to be sold, will depend on the scale, e.g. lesser copies mean lesser one-time fee, as well as how big the commission is, e.g. small stickers for sale mean lesser one-time fee.)

To those interested in commissioning a piece for commercial usage, you can write to me about your project. You can be as elaborate as you wish to be, I'd love to hear about it! (Plus it helps a lot when I know more about the details. The pricing can be negotiated upon.)

Any different versions of one artwork (e.g. one version with character wearing hat or no hat, etc), should be discussed before drawing process begins. Minor different versions would be free, but complex ones have a tiny add-on charge.

If you have plans to make it into any form of prints (even for personal use), it would help to tell me beforehand so I can make the layout more suitable for its use (transparency, etc.)
